being a complete nerd and having actually argued this point with several people, it's not that Spock doesn't have emotions, it's that he tries not to show them. He's half human so he does have human emotions, and, despite what they say, Vulcans have emotions too.
I have emotional problems myself, so I can kinda get Spock.
so Vulcans love fart jokes but won't admit it.

also, Vulcans are descended from felinoid (cat-like) apes (I'm not joking) which automatically makes them cool.
